A big challenge Seniors face today is fighting depression and loneliness often accompanied by ill health.
Dr. Aruna Bhargava believes that the greatest contribution she can make to Seniors and Active Adults (55+) is helping them enhance their physical and mental health and well-being. To this end, she teaches courses on Happiness and Well-being, Training the Brain to improve memory and clarity of thought, Laughter Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and much more. All these have tremendous physical and mental health benefits.

South Brunswick Senior Center, Plainsboro Senior Center, North Brunswick Senior Center and Monroe Senior Center.
Dr. Aruna Bhargava is a former psychologist and a retired professor of Sociology and a certified Laughter Yoga and Train the Brain teacher. She is also a motivational speaker with over 10 years' national and international experience.
She is the Executive Director of a non- profit organization (I Create Inc.) that provides entrepreneurship training to unemployed youth and disadvantaged women in India. I Create Inc. has been in operation for the last 15 years and has 20 Centers all across India. She is also the founder of another non-profit organization, Women’s Rehab Group.
Dr. Bhargava is the author of 3 non-fiction books on Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship for adults and 5 books of fiction filled with adventure and fantasy for kids.
Dr. Bhargava is a Ph.D. from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
For Teens and Kids
Dr. Aruna Bhargava conducts two highly popular weekly group telephone Satsungs (via Conf. calls) for kids: Level 1 for kids 6 – 10 years and Level 2 for kids 10 years and older in which she covers issues they encounter in school and outside in their day to day lives in addition to some basic spiritual teachings, mantras, chants and a brief meditation.About 50 kids call in each week from all over US and Canada.
